Jay Rapp to join Mission & Data

Mission & Data is thrilled to announce that Jay Rapp will be joining our firm as Senior Leadership Strategist and Executive Coach. Jay will partner with clients to promote effective and impactful leadership practices, integrate values with actions, promote work-life balance and fulfillment, and maximize potential.  A certified executive coach, Jay leverages his deep industry experience in mentoring independent school leaders at all stages of their careers.
